Shipping Policy

We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ship orders on the first business day after they’re placed. However, delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method you choose (Standard or Express) and your location.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 3-7 business days after we ship, depending on your location. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day of purchase.
  • Express Shipping: Arrives in approximately 2 business days after shipping. Shipping usually occurs within 1 business day of purchase.

Please note that shipping times are estimated and provided by the carrier—they can vary depending on your location, selected shipment method, and other factors. Shipping to US territories, like Guam and Puerto Rico, may take longer than 7 business days.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders over $50. For orders under $50, a $5.99 fee applies.
  • Express Shipping: Available at $9.99.
  • United Kingdom Shipping: Available for $14.99.

Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details. You’ll also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way. From that point, your selected carrier (UPS, USPS, or DHL) will provide any further tracking updates.

If you run into shipping issues after receiving a shipping confirmation from us, please follow these steps:

  • Check your email for the tracking information, as it will give you updates on your package’s progress.
  • If tracking updates stall for a few days, we suggest contacting the carrier with your tracking number to verify the shipment’s status.
  • If delivery was attempted and failed, there may be a mistake in the address or confusion about the drop-off point. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information for further assistance.

 

    Shipping Destinations: We currently ship within the United States and the United Kingdom.

    Carriers: We partner with UPS, USPS, and DHL to get your order to you. We can't guarantee a specific carrier for your delivery, but if you have special requirements or limitations, please reach out to us before placing your order—we’re here to help.
